We had a hammering/ rumbling noise happening in our water line. After inspection throughout the house, determined that the toilets weren't filling correctly and causing a hammering. Replaced the toilets on the same day.Had another guy bring out 2 new toilets. Within 2 hrs. of appointment time was finished. Really impressed. He stated up front that he wasn't sure that that would fix the whole problem but pretty sure it was a big part. The old toilets were 22 years old. Again very impressed with quality and professional experience.
Nick replaced my old sump pump with a new submersible one. Knowledgable, efficient, answered all my questions. Did a great job.

The gentleman who fixed our broken pipe did showed up to our house within an hour of us calling him and fixed our issue within the next hour. He did a Great job, and at the completion of the job he gave our two small grandchildren each a yellow rubber ducky. The girls were thrilled. I highly recommend Ottagan Plumbing!

Nick K. was so nice and professional. Repair went quickly and efficiently. He wasn't judgemental about areas of my house that were kinda messy (health problems). He even wrote up an estimate for fututre reference at what I was looking at if I needed a new water heater. Would absolutely definitely use them again.
