Ottagan Plumbing is an awesome company to work with and when you have an issue, they are prompt and professional. In particular I have had a great experience with Nick, as he has helped us multiple times over at our home for various items. Each time we call Ottagan we know the work will be done with quality. Can't recommend highly enough. Just to update this, they’ve helped us again with a very tricky problem we had. Really Ottagan is the best!
Sonny was helpful, creative and efficient. Excellent service. However, although he was able to connect the refrigerator to a new water supply, it doesn’t appear that the refrigerator is making ice. Changing the water filter did not help. Evidently the refrigerator needs to be repaired
We are new to the area, and needed some plumbing work done in our new home. Thankfully, someone directed us to Ottagan Plumbing. The scheduling is breezy, and we had a wonderful experience with Mark. In addition to being an excellent plumber, Mark has great communication skills and was a pleasure to have in our home. I’m so relieved I’ll know who to call next time we need plumbing work.
Made it simple to get a repair done so the city wouldn’t turn my water off
Called on a Tuesday, got me taken care of the same day. Nick came and helped quickly and thoroughly. Gave a few options and let us decide what was best for us. Highly recommend!!

Tyler was very friendly, answered all my questions, very professional and completed his assign tasks in a timely manner. He explained why I needed the testing and then (having one device did not pass), stated that I would receive a proposal from Ottagan with an explanation on how to proceed. Nice young man. Had an outdoor faucet pipe crack and water in the basement. Got an appointment next morning. Mark was very helpful!
