He went over various steps and options and discussed the cost of each and went to work. He was very thorough! The problem we were experiencing turned out not to be a plumbing issue but Nick continued to discuss possible causes and solutions. We will use Ottagan for any future plumbing needs.

Nick took the old sump pump out that was secured with duct tape and set me up with a new pump , a added check valve and shut off (which were both missing). I showed him what was wrong, did some investigation and had a quote ready immediately. A little later, he was finished, went over with me what he did and was on his way... definitely would recommend him! Thank you, Nick
