Ottagan Plumbing was exceptional from our first contact to the young man who did the work! They were a pleasure to work with!
Plumber arrived within the scheduled window and work was completed professionally. The price for the service appeared to be high - but with the holidy weekend I schedule constrained. If I had time I would have gotten competitive pricing as the repair cost over $600 and was completed in around 1.5 hours.
Called and they sent Justin out within a few hours. Leak was detected, and fixed quickly. Justin was great at explaining every step, and was clean and efficient. I will put the contact info in my phone and definitely call again if need a plumber.
Justin was a pro. Had our ejector punp issue evaluated in minutes and solution installed same day. We had guests coming for the holiday weekend, so OPI saved the day!

First Vicki was great as she took down the details of our stinker water heater and sent super fixit guy Justin who arrived early even! Justin clearly knew what he was doing and helped us talk through options with no pressure at all just super helpful and knowledgeable. We did decide to replace our 12 year old water heater and Justin was able to replace the heater the same day! It was Friday so we feel lucky to have such fast and kind service and just in time for the weekend. Huge shout out to Justin and Ottagan Plumbing - Love the yellow ducky logo too! Kim and Matt
Our technician was prompt, great communicating, explained what he thought the problem was and what it would cost. We agreed to do the work, and he completed it and cleaned up. Definitely would use Ottagan again.
