Ottagan was prompt in scheduling a time that worked best for us. Because the service man was running ahead of schedule, the office called to see if it would be OK if he came early. Tyler was polite, explained the problem, and let us know what the cost would be. Completely satisfied with the job and highly recommend the company to anyone who has plumbing issues.
Love the Kohler brand new toilet. They ran out got got the supplies after finding out my toilet was cracked. Fast installation. Hydro Jet scrubs your pipes clean & camera inspection nice job!!
The plumbers were great! They were very knowledgeable, did excellent work, explained the issues they saw and provided solutions. They did a good job of cleaning up upon finishing the job.

Sonny was helpful, creative and efficient. Excellent service. However, although he was able to connect the refrigerator to a new water supply, it doesn’t appear that the refrigerator is making ice. Changing the water filter did not help. Evidently the refrigerator needs to be repaired
02/22/2025 - Nick and Justin were prompt for appointment, professional, personable, got the work done with care, and left the work areas clean. Replaced a kitchen faucet ("after" photo attached) and cleaned out the drain pipe (no photos, although I should have taken "before" and "after" photos since they used a camera to identify blockage within the pipe and confirm it was removed). Will definitely use them again in the future for plumbing needs. 03/07/2025 - Nick replaced an older toilet with a new one. Again prompt, professional, and personable. They even left an Ottagan Plumbing duck to liven things up! Will definitely use Ottagan Plumbing again in the future for plumbing needs.

Ottagan Plumbing is a very thorough and professional business. They text you and let you know when the servicer will arrive. And they explain everything so it’s understandable, and they are respectful to the home. Tyler was awesome at his job!
