I was desperate needed a plumber called ottogan. They gave me an estimated time they were here in that time frame. I was so happy to have same day service. Had a water heater installed. Nice gentlemen service. Easy to talk to. Not a drop of water on the floor. If I need a plumber in the future they are on my list. Thank you

After not having a functional kitchen for 5 months these guys were able to fix it within 24 hours of my call. They were efficient and as clean as plumbers can be. They took the time to make me aware of my situation in great detail and kindly answered every question I had. Pricing was extremely fair as well. I will not be using a different company for my plumbing needs as long as I'm in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

Great customer service. Honest and friendly. They were able to have someone come out quickly to check out an issue I had and also able to schedule a repair in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely know who to call for any other future plumbing repairs.
Had them camera a couple drain tiles in the back yard. Quick and easy, saved me from exploratory digging!

Prompt service during a really stressful time when our water heater burst. They were able to get out at 8 AM the very next day from when we had called. And they were able to diagnose the problem and replace the water heater all on that same day. They were speedy but thorough, friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this plumber. Fair prices.
