His hard work and leadership skills earned him a well-deserved promotion to a manager role—one of his proudest career moments. Whether he’s tackling a tough drain cleaning job, troubleshooting a complex plumbing issue, or mentoring newer team members, Nick approaches every task with dedication and expertise. While drain cleaning may seem straightforward, he knows there’s much more to it than meets the eye, ensuring every job is done thoroughly and efficiently
Outside of work, Nick cherishes time with his fiancé and kids and isn’t afraid to grab the mic for a round of karaoke. One of his favorite parts of the job is the meaningful conversations he shares with customers, making connections wherever he goes. His biggest motivation? His family, who inspire him every single day. If he could have any superpower, teleportation would be his top pick—because who wouldn’t want the easiest way to travel? For those just starting in the plumbing industry, his advice is simple but powerful: “Be open to learning new things.”

One of his proudest moments was passing the state of Michigan backflow certification test- a significant accomplishment that showcases his expertise and commitment to keeping water systems safe and efficient.
On the job, Bryan is all about precision and problem solving. Whether he’s diagnosing backflow issues, handling repairs, or fine-tuning complex plumbing systems, he tackles every challenge with skill and determination. His go-to tool? Channel locks- an essential in any plumber’s toolkit. And while he’s already a pro, he’s eager to learn even more, with pipelining at the top of his list of skills to master.
Byran loves working with our customers, describing them as ” the best” and it’s no surprise that he brings the same kindness and professionalism to every job. His work ethic is matched by his humility, offering invaluable advice to new plumbers: “Learn everything you can, ride with the most experienced technician and always stay humble.”
Outside of work, Bryan cherishes time with his kids and dreams of traveling to Isreal one day. If he could have any superpower, it would be super strength-fitting for someone who’s already a hero in the plumbing world!

One of the lesser-known aspects of Aarons work is he is grained to handle gas lines, a skill that adds to his versatility as a plumber. Whether he’s installing, repairing, or ensuring the safety of a gas system, his technical knowledge and attention to detail make him a trusted professional.
Beyond the job, Aaron is just as dedicated in his personal life. One of his biggest accomplishments was paying for his wedding in full-an impressive testament to his commitment, discipline, and hard work. When he’s not on the clock, he enjoys rock climbing, challenging himself both physically and mentally. He also has a keen interest in woodworking, a skill he hopes to master in the future.

At home, Aaron has two beloved pets-Hazel the cat and Apollo the dog- who keep life entertaining. He’s also an adventurer at heart, with a bucket list goal of visiting every Disney Park around the world. With his love for fun and exploration, there’s no doubt he’ll make that dream a reality!

He also dreams of traveling to Australia someday, ready to explore everything it has to offer.
